Who’s Your Choice for the MVP?
Everywhere you go right now you can always hear someone talking about who’s the best player today? Whether you go to the mall or barbershop, you’ll always here that question.
Who do you really think is the best player today? Let’s look at the performances of Kobe, Lebron, and Wade, since it’s an obvious thing that the three of them are the ones in the top of the competition.
Lebron James
With the combination of his size, strength, athleticism and skill, Lebron James is by far the best athlete we have ever seen in the NBA.
With these advantages his teammates can easily perform. This makes it easy for his teammates to get shots.
He can easily break the defenses of the opposing team. If their point guard gets pressured by the defense then he’s got an easy option. Pass it to Lebron James. The Cavs continually put the ball in his hands at the top of the circle and ask him to make a play.
It’s also easy for Lebron to draw fouls from the best big men in the league.
Dwayne Wade
With his signature move the pull-back dribble between the legs, no doubt it has added some points to his popularity.
But he’s talent is not just measured with his popular signature move. With Shaquille no longer by his side, Wade has doubled his efforts.
Imagine, Lebron has Mo Williams and Kobe has Paul Gasol, Lamar Odom, and Andrew Bynum. But Wade has the least help that can be acquired, comparing from the other two players.
Kobe Bryant
Kobe Bryant undeniably has the greatest offensive moves in the NBA. Poll NBA players about whom they least like to guard, and most of them will probably say Kobe.
He even scored 81 points in a game. Kobe is not comparable to Jordan and he’s actually made his own name in the game.
I think many would agree that Kobe is the best player on the planet.
The race for the MVP is nearing its final moment. And being the best player on the planet is not the best criteria in the MVP slot. It’s an overall aspect of the game.
I’m excited in knowing who has all that is required to be given the title Most Valuable Player in the planets biggest league.
