NBA Finals-Game 1 & 2
“There is no defeat except for those who give upâ€. This definitely should be what the Orlando Magic puts in their minds after their double defeat in the NBA finals. Many of us were excited to see how the NBA all stars-Dwight vs. Kobe, Lewis vs. Odom and Turkoglu vs. Gasol match-up and many Magic and even Cavalier fans were hoping for Magic to beat the Los Angeles Lakers but to everyone’s disappointment they lost by 25 points in the first game, 100/75 and 101-96 in the second game. Obviously, with the Lakers long championship history of nine wins, their capability shouldn’t be underestimated but all expected more from Magic! After all, they were the team who beat the Cavaliers and erased everyone’s dream of Kobe meeting Lebron in the final! What exactly happened in this most awaited Celebrity game? Does Magic still have a chance or is the trophy as good as Lakers? Let’s have a quick review.

Iverson Plans to Retire?
After missing 16 games with a back injury, Iverson returned playing this past weekend. Coach Michael Curry has used him off the bench for the last three games.

Lakers won against Mavericks 107-100
The L.A. Lakers really played good against Mavericks. The entire game was not just about Kobe Bryant. Pau Gasol, Lamar Odom and Trevor Ariza had a big part of their win. They showed the NBA fans that they are still the best team in the West, and maybe the best in the league.
Gasol scored 25 points in the entire game. Ariza scored a career-high 26 points. Odom had 10 points, 14 rebounds and four blocked shots. Bryant scored 28 points and led a late 12-0 run that put Los Angeles back in control. Watch the game highlights:
NBA Highlight: Devin Harris’ unbelievable half-court buzzer beater shot
If you have watched Dwight Howard’s shot and got amazed, Devin Harris’ half-court buzzer beater shot will also add to the NBA highlight this season. A miracle shot that made the Nets won against the Sixers 96-98.
Andre Iguodala’s second free throw had put the Philadelphia up by half-shot 96-95 with just 1.8 seconds left. The New Jersey has no timeouts left. New Jersey inbounds the ball to All-Star Devin Harris. Iggy reaches in and knocks the ball loose, but Harris recovers the rock in stride, flips a shot from half-court, and boom!

Dwight “Superman” Howard has amazed the NBA fans once again. The 20 year old dunk champ effortlessly made a 75 foot over the shoulder shot. An amazing shot that occurred during pregame warm up.

NBA History Made-Kobe Reaches 23,000

Suffering from flu on their previous game against the Cleveland Cavaliers that punctuated their 6-game road trip, Kobe Bryant bounced back quickly and became the youngest player in NBA history to reach the 23,000-point plateau.
