Harold Henry Reese
Harold “Pee Wee” Reese was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984. He was
a Louisville City Marbles champion at age 12, and he spent three years in the Navy
during World War II (1943-1945). He earned his nickname during his Marbles playing
days, and not from his small stature.
